1§ - Name
This Foundation whose name is Insamlingsstiftelsen Nedira is founded on capital that, after appeals by TV4 Öresund, has been contributed to promote the aims and objects of the foundation. The seat of the Foundation is to be in Malmö.

2§ -Aims and Objects
The aims and objects of the foundation are to help sick and physically handicapped children and young people (up to the age of 20) who, for different reasons, have not been given care by Swedish or other authorities.

3§ - Board of Directors
The Foundation is represented by a board of directors consisting of at least three members and one deputy member. The board of directors appoint the chairman of the board among the members of the board. The board of directors appoint new members of the board and deputy members of the board. The board of directors has the right to authorize Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken to represent the Foundation and sign its name regarding investment of money of the Foundation.

4§ - Signing for the Foundation
Signing the name of the Foundation is done jointly by the members of the board.

5§ - Board Meeting
Board meetings shall be held at least twice a year.

6§ - Auditor
For examination of the Foundation finances and the Board’s administration a chartered accountant shall be appointed. The auditor is entitled to be remunerated out of the Foundation means.

7§ - Bookkeeping, annual report etc.
The Foundation has a liabilty to keep accounts and to draw up an annual report. The annual report shall be signed by all members of the board and be handed in to the auditor not later than four months after the end of the financial year. The annual report and the auditor's report shall be sent to the superintending authority not later than six months after the end of the financial year. The financial year is the calendar year.

8§ - Capital Investment
The Foundation capital must not be invested in shares or options and any equal instruments.

9§ - Statute Changes
A change of these statutes can be made by a decision of the Foundation Board except regarding the aims and objects of the Foundation. A change of the aims and objects of the Foundation requires permission of the Swedish Judicial Board for Public Lands and Funds. Dissolution of the Foundation is to be regarded as a change of the aims and objects of the Foundation and requires the permission of the Swedish Judicial Board for Public Lands and Funds.

10§ - Supervision and Registration
For the Foundation are applicable the stipulations and conditions regarding supervision and registration in chapters 9 and 10 of the Foundation Act. The Foundation shall be under the supervision of the County Council of the County of Skåne and shall be registered in the foundation register.
